The Secret of Power, maybe it could be this simple.  The elder seemed to think so

Just to be clear, these really aren’t secret, they just are almost impossible for you to find in abundance, in the lives of most people.

Are you ready for… drum roll please…

“The NINE PILLARS OF POWER!”

1. Focus - Knowing what you want! Most people never specifically identify what they want, and the kind of person they want to become.  Do you have more details about what you don’t like or want, than you do about what you want and the kind of person you want to become?

2. Action - Taking action to get it! Action is specific, deliberate and daily. Look around, notice most people are busy, but they are not taking directed, deliberate and daily action toward a FOCUS.  Are you taking Daily, Deliberate, Action?

3. Behavior - The key to Energy and Time. Behaviors that give you the time and energy to take ACTION! Rest and exercise for example. Balance in behavior is something well worth investing in.  What behaviors do you need to develop?  Let go of?

4. Being a Visionary - Are you a Visionary? Understanding how you live your life inspires and influences others. This is the Visionary Key to power, and how true mastermind alliances are formed.  Who is impacted by your life?  Who else?

5. Integrity - If you have ANY integrity, you know what this means. Nuff Said.   How can I live with more integrity today?

6. Cultivating Awareness - How awake are you? Human beings are mostly asleep and in trance. We must learn to expand our awareness, to check in a little bit more often and stay checked in for just a tiny bit longer.  How can I help others become more aware today?

7. Love - “Love YOU as you LOVE your neighbor!” Your neighbor being anything - and everything you want to pull close to you, thinking it will make you happy, whole or complete. Sometime, I’ll share with you what an old Lenape Elder shared with me about Love. Powerful!

8. Vision Based Life - Just who’s vision are you living anyway? Most people are living auditory (speaking) based lives, checking items off the lists given to them when they were little kids, given to them by well intending giants. Discover and live your own darn vision.  (Hint”  Real vision looks and feels entirely different, than trying to live out someone else s vision.)

9. Being Giving - Give more than you could ever hope to get. Give to others, give to you, give to the world, give to the divine. What you get, experience, become in return will boggle your mind.
